Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Allcoffee. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee applies and is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carriers & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped primarily via UPS, and in some cases USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your destination within the United States; most orders arrive within several business days of shipment. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
At this time we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll help track it down.
