Our Commitment

Coffee Unlimited LLC, doing business as Allcoffee, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to allcoffee.com.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility of this site and to ensure it provides a high-quality experience for all users, regardless of the technology they use to browse.

In August 2026 we completed a substantial remediation programme against an independent audit of the site. That work included:

• Adding text alternatives to every image on the site
• Adding a “skip to content” link to every page
• Giving every product link a name that screen readers announce
• Adding pause controls to all automatically playing video, and honouring the browser’s reduced-motion setting
• Increasing link text contrast to meet the AA minimum
• Correcting the page heading structure, including headings that were empty or out of sequence
• Making the whole main navigation, including its dropdown menus, reachable and operable by keyboard
• Ensuring that closing a menu returns keyboard focus to where it was, rather than to the top of the page
• Adding page landmarks so assistive technology can jump directly to the navigation and footer

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following and are actively working on them:

• Contrast over images — where text sits on top of photographs or gradients, the contrast ratio varies with the image behind it. These cases need individual review and that review is not yet complete.
• Captions — video containing spoken audio does not yet carry captions. Video used purely as silent background motion does not require them.
• Older page templates — some older, machine-generated pages have a simpler structure than the rest of the site and are being rebuilt as we revise that content.
• Icons — some interface icons may display as a plain box rather than a symbol. Where this happens the control still works and is correctly announced by screen readers.
• Third-party content — content supplied by payment providers, embedded video and social platforms is outside our control.

Assistive Technology on This Site

This site loads accessiBe, a third-party accessibility interface that lets visitors adjust aspects of the display such as font size, contrast and cursor.

We want to be clear that this tool is an aid, not a substitute for an accessible site. It does not by itself make allcoffee.com conformant, and we do not treat it as doing so. Our remediation work is carried out in the site’s own code.

Third-Party Content

Some content on this site is provided by third-party services, including payment providers, embedded video and social platforms. We do not control the accessibility of content hosted by these platforms and are not responsible for their conformance.
