Our 4 managers represent more than 140 years of experience in the coffee industry.
They helped introduce Italian espresso in Venezuela and made it the market standard. They then adapted their formula and strategy to conquer the Cuban espresso market in Florida.
"Understanding and promoting coffee cultures to new markets, that’s what we do…"

Gianluca Chiari Mazzucco
Luis developed his career into the now 80-year-old Spanish immigrant founded company that bears his family's name. The company was later bought by transnational corporations and became the US Latino coffee market leader for years, while Luis served as president and became an expert in the corporate-style American coffee business.
Little Luis Bustelo arrived from Cuba thinking about going back with reinforcements to fight Fidel Castro. Instead, he had to settle down and work the night shift packaging position of his uncle´s coffee Factory in New York. During some years he worked every production position, but later found in coffee sales and marketing his real passion. He gradually assumed more responsibilities and served as president for years. As he says: ¨a short experience of 50 years in coffee.¨ And as we say: He knows the coffee market in the USA…
The Cuban government found Oscar had a special talent for coffee, so they had him study everything he could study about the matter. He became a technician in coffee qualifying and cupping. Then he earned his degree in Agronomic Engineering at the Oriente University, in Santiago, Cuba. He specialized in Coffee, Cocoa and Tea and also in Quality Control, Metrics and Normalization of Production Processes. He also earned a Master’s in Agro Ecology and Sustainable Agriculture at Havana University. As Coffee Cupper, he took specialization studies in Mexico and Germany. He accumulated 30 Years of experience in the Guantanamo State Coffee and Cocoa Corporation (1973 – 2003). Oscar is a key part of our AllCoffee Dream Team since our foundation at 2007, when he finally escaped from Fidel and Raul Castro.
He has dedicated his life to learning and developing the family coffee business. He led the expansion to the USA when he founded AllCoffee in Florida in 2007. Continuing what his father started more than 60 years ago, Benedetto is promoting premium quality coffee culture and the Mazzucco family espresso formula with AllCoffee. Benedetto grew up in his father´s factory in Venezuela. He worked at Café San Antonio after school and on weekends since his early teens. Giuseppe put his son on all duties, but mainly with green coffee selection and reception and relations with farmers in the field. He also worked at the purchasing center at mountains and in formulation, or blending. After graduating from university, Benedetto, his younger brother Luca and their sister Rosalba expanded the company, making San Antonio Coffee Group the food service market leader and a strong retail actor in Venezuela. With more than 30 years in the business, Benedetto has mastered the entire process, from negotiating and building long-term relationships with the coffee axis in the Venezuelan and Colombian mountains to evaluating green bean quality and selecting, blending, roasting, and exporting green and roasted coffee. He has a great nose for tasting (cupping), the key for selecting beans from different origins and formulating product blends for every market. Benedetto also enjoys participating in international coffee cupping competitions. He decided to start AllCoffe in the USA, applying everything he learned from his father, the old Italian Mazzucco family formula.
He joined AllCoffee in Florida to provide his administration and coffee shop customer skills to our knowhow, and developing new business models regarding “The best coffee cup for every market”.
Gianluca is working with the family business and learning everything about coffee as part of the Mazzucco´s 3rd generation.
Giuseppe has been in coffee sales and distribution since then, always with San Antonio Coffee Group and the Mazzucco Family. He kept his promise to his father and graduated from college. Then he came with Benedetto to the United States to open the AllCoffe factory and to continue doing what he does best: selling and advising others on how to sell the best coffee.
